Weekly Workouts

While studying and becoming a more informed student is important, keeping your body active is just as crucial. Our Weekly Workout class at IP will feature a new type of easy-to-follow workout each week that students can enjoy from the comfort of their homes. We will also discuss the proper way to stretch, warm up, and prevent injuries throughout the semester. No special equipment will be needed, just your laptop, some space,  comfortable clothes, and a water bottle nearby.
